Validation in AROLINK®
AROLINK® ensures that processes are carried out correctly and that the results meet requirements. The system monitors and documents production step by step – from raw material reception to finished product – and automatically reacts to deviations.
Real-time quality assurance
AROLINK® monitors processes continuously and reacts immediately if data deviates from limit values.
Automated validation
AROLINK® checks both whether processes are performed correctly and whether they deliver the expected results without manual comparisons.
Full digital track
All measurements, decisions and process data are linked to the specific item or batch and included in traceability.
Flexible setup without code
Limit values, checkpoints and response plans can be customized without the need for external development.
Documentation without extra work
All records are stored automatically and can be retrieved for audits, customer complaints or internal analysis.
Scalable to the entire company
Can be set up for one line and expanded to multiple factories with the ability to reuse and customize setups.
How validation works in AROLINK®
Validation in AROLINK® ensures that production is carried out as planned and that processes and methods deliver the expected result. AROLINK® checks that the defined data and rules – such as recipes, limits and process steps – are followed all the way through production. The framework for validation is set by the factory itself to suit the specific requirements and standards.
Example 1: Validation at goods receipt
Fresh strawberries, ingredients and packaging arrive from different suppliers and are automatically registered in AROLINK® with data such as harvest date, origin, SSCC number, supplier and delivery notes. The system immediately validates the information and detects if anything is missing or incorrect. Once everything is approved, AROLINK® shows where it is allowed to place the item. The location is updated in real time.
Example 2: Validation at process start
AROLINK® always validates whether an item is valid before it can be used in production. At the same time, you decide who can approve new alternatives. This can be directly with the operator on the line, with the planners or centrally from the office. This gives you both flexibility and full control to ensure that only approved products are used.
Example 3: Validation at shipment
AROLINK® validates that the goods registered for a shipment match the customer’s order. The system checks that the right goods have been selected, that the quantities correspond to the agreed quantities and that other requirements such as minimum remaining shelf life are met.
More benefits
Reduces waste
By validating in real-time, AROLINK® prevents defective goods or incorrect processes from reaching production.
Less dependency on key people
AROLINK® ensures that procedures and checkpoints are performed correctly, even when experienced staff are not present.
Supports HACCP work
Validation can be linked directly to CPs and CCPs, so the factory can always document compliance with critical control points.
