If deviations occur, AROLINK® can immediately handle the situation – either by notifying the quality department, holding the product or stopping production if necessary. These reactions are also something the factory itself can set up in AROLINK®.
Users can set up their own CPs and reactions
Deviations from the set standards are detected by AROLINK® in real-time. AROLINK® immediately handles the situation. For example, by sending a notification to the quality department, holding the product for further inspection or – if the situation requires it – stopping production immediately.
The setup of these reactions is something the factory can customize in AROLINK®. Each factory can define rules and thresholds for when and how the system should react to deviations so that the checkpoints support the company’s quality standards and production goals.
