In AROLINK®, inventory management is not a separate system, but a fully integrated part of the entire production flow. All movements of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods are digitally recorded and linked directly to production data.
When an item is received, it is automatically created in AROLINK® with the relevant master data, batch information and any quality checks. From here, AROLINK® creates a digital trail that follows the item throughout the factory, no matter how many warehouses and processes it passes through.
Every movement or action is recorded in real-time and linked to the raw material’s journey to finished goods. This means that inventory data is always up-to-date and can be actively used in planning, picking, shipping and reporting.
